Our site uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and 128-bit strong encryption to maintain a very high level of security.  We guarantee that your credit card information will be safe when you place an order at WAGIC.com.  This means that you’ll never have to pay any money related to unauthorized charges to your credit card account, if those charges result from a transaction at WAGIC.com.

We guarantee that if your card is used fraudulently, your bank or card issuer cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges.  If your bank or card issuer does hold you liable for any of the $50, WAGIC will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.  WAGIC will cover the liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at WAGIC while using the secure server.

Return and Exchange Policy -  Gerneral Merchandise

WAGIC stands behind each and every one of the products we sell.  If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price within 30 days of shipment. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials.  All returns must be accompanied by a receipt.  Returned items should be sent to:

When returning or exchanging products to WAGIC, please obtain a tracking number from your shipper (UPS and FedEx will give you one automatically, USPS requires delivery confirmation).  Please ship all items in a shipping box or envelope.

To request a refund of duty and taxes for Canadian orders, simply complete the back of Form E-14, Canadian Customs Postal Import Form, and send it to the nearest Canadian Casual Refund Centres (listed on the back of the form). When you ask for a refund, you must show proof that you returned the goods.

Custom logo products exchanges will be accepted for defective products, materials, or erroneous logo printing. We will not accept exchanges of custom logo products that match the product proof. All of our packages are shipped via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air, or UPS Standard to Canada.  After an item has been added to the "Shopping Basket," you may select the shipping method.  Shipping charges will display in checkout on the "Submit Order" page.  Orders are processed in 1-2 business days and then ship (following completion of order processing):

  • UPS Ground delivery in 2-6 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air delivery in 1-2 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Air in 1 business day.
  • UPS Standard to Canada in 7-15 business days.

All orders shipping to Canada are sent via UPS Standard.  Delivery takes from 7 to 15 business days depending upon the destination and you will also incur additional charges. Duty and taxes are payable on most items imported into Canada. Applicable duties and taxes are not calculated or charged during checkout. The Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) will examine your order and determine the applicable duties and taxes upon importation into Canada. The amount of duty and tax owed, if any, will be shown on Form E-14, Customs Postal Import Form, which is attached to the order.  The recipient will be responsible for paying all applicable duties, taxes and handling fees. These amounts must be paid at the time of delivery (cash, certified cheque, VISA®, or MasterCard®).

If the order is shipping to Newfoundland/Labrador, Nova Scotia or New Brunswick, the recipient will pay the harmonized sales tax (HST) instead of the GST.

If the order is shipping to British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario or Quebec, the recipient will also pay provincial sales tax.  Taxes, duties and handling must be paid at the time of delivery (cash, certified cheque, VISA®, or MasterCard®).  UPS will collect the amount indicated on Form E-14 (the customs form) at time of delivery.
